How human is your antibody?

17.03.06 Warning

Unfortunately there were some errors in the calculations of Z-scores, in particular for the comparison with the light chain set (i.e. lambda and kappa together). Comparative results between antibodies were valid but the absolute values were incorrect. This has now been revised.

This page enables you to match your antibody sequence against a database of characterized Human and Murine Antibody sequences.

Please enter the Light Chain or Heavy Chain Amino Acid sequence (single letter) of your Antibody

Please select the database against which you wish to query the sequence

Human light chain sequences
Human heavy chain sequences
Human Lambda class sequences
Human Kappa class sequences
Check this box to overlap the Mouse Z-scores with the Query and Human sequences
